Fuerza isn't built for the person chasing a 12-week shred or their first 500-pound deadlift. It's built for the people who are past all that, and still want to train like their body is worth investing in.

The Story

Fuerza means strength.

Both of my parents are from Mexico. Spanish was the first language I heard.

My mother fought a brain tumor for 17 years before it finally took her. Through every surgery, every recovery, every setback, she kept moving forward. She showed me what real strength looks like, and it has almost nothing to do with a barbell.

Fuerza is my tribute to her. It's a reminder that strength isn't about how much you can lift on your best day. It's about what you can keep showing up for.

Your program is built from your history, your goals, and the way your body actually moves. Not a template I send to everyone. Strength and hypertrophy work are layered with mobility and resilience so you get stronger without breaking down.

Joint-friendly loading. Biomechanics-informed technique. Adjustments based on your daily readiness and whatever's flared up this week. You'll learn how to train hard without paying for it later.

In-Person

Private 1:1 sessions in Duluth. Immediate technique correction, daily readiness adjustments, and the benefit of having eyes on you every rep.

Hybrid

A mix of in-person sessions and full programming for the days I'm not with you. Best for serious commitment without the everyday in-person schedule.

Remote

Fully custom programming, weekly adjustments, form checks, and coaching communication. Designed for people who train on their own but want a real coach behind it.

Pricing is discussed after consultation. Every client gets a custom plan, so every plan has a custom fit.
